We use no cookies and no tracking

This website stores nothing in your browser — no cookies, no localStorage, no sessionStorage — and reads nothing from it. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, the Meta pixel or any other analytics or advertising tool, and we do not measure where you came from. That is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

The About page has a plain link to Google Maps, not an embedded map. Your browser only contacts Google if you click the link yourself.

What we process and why

We only process what you enter in the contact form yourself:

• First name
• Company (optional)
• Email address
• Phone number
• Your message

Purpose: to answer your enquiry and book a meeting.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot get back to you.

In addition, our hosting provider logs technical data about requests to the site, including IP address and timestamp, for operation and security. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in keeping the site running and protected. We do not use those logs to analyse visitors.

Who receives the data

The form is sent as an email to our mailbox. The data is therefore handled by our email provider (Namecheap – Private Email) and passes through our hosting provider. Both act as processors and only process the data on our instructions. We do not sell data on and do not disclose it to anyone else unless required by law.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Our email provider is a US company, so the data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. Any such transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us if you would like to know more about the safeguards.

How long we keep the data

Enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted no later than twelve months after our last contact. If you become a client, data that constitutes accounting records is kept for seven years under Chapter 7, Section 2 of the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (1999:1078); other correspondence is deleted once it is no longer needed for the engagement.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have data erased
• request that processing be restricted
• object to processing based on legitimate interest
• receive data you provided in a machine-readable format (data portability)

Complaints

If you believe we process your personal data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), the supervisory authority in Sweden.imy.se

Changes to this policy

If we change how we process personal data we will update this page and the date at the top.
